During this 3-hour self-service workshop, you will:
Receive a 30-minute introduction to the art scanning process
Learn best practices for producing high-quality, color-accurate digital files
Understand image resolution, file formats, and digital archiving
Scan your own artwork using our professional fine art scanner
Leave with high-resolution digital files of your artwork ready for printing, exhibitions, publications, websites, or long-term storage
The remainder of the session is dedicated to scanning your artwork independently, with guidance available as needed.
What to bring
Your artwork
An external hard drive or USB storage device compatible with both PC and Mac (recommended) to take your files home
If you prefer, you're welcome to bring your own laptop, although a PC workstation will be available for your use
